II. Cookies and Trackers
Like many websites, we also use "cookie" technology to collect additional website usage data and to improve the Services. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s storage. We do not use cookies to collect personal information. Cookies can be stored on your computer for different periods of time. ADDX Go may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with the Services, to monitor aggregate usage by our users and web traffic routing on the Services, to serve ads on the Services that are tailored to your interests, and to improve the Services. A session cookie enables certain features of the Site and our Services, and is deleted from your computer when you disconnect from or leave the Site. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser help file directions. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. For more details on cookies please visit All About Cookies.
You can update your browser settings to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.
Please note that if you limit the Site’s cookies, you might not be able to use parts of the Service, and the Services may not function properly.
Advertising networks may use cookies to collect personal information. Most advertising networks offer you a way to opt out of targeted advertising. If you would like to find out more information, please visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s online resources and follow the opt-out instructions there. Type of Cookies Used. The Site uses the technologies described below.
Strictly Necessary Cookies. We use cookies that are strictly necessary to provide users with access to the Site and to use some of their features, such as the ability to log-in and access to secure areas. These cookies are essential for using and navigating the Site. Without these cookies, basic functions of our Site would not work. Because these cookies are strictly necessary to deliver the Site, users cannot opt out of them.
Optional Cookies. We use “analytics” cookies that allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the Site when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our Site works, for example by making sure users are finding what they need easily. These cookies provide us only with anonymous traffic data (like number of page views, number of visitors, and time spent on each page). These cookies may also allow us to track how often posts on third party websites, such as social media sites, are clicked on.
Optional cookies are deposited on our Site by Google as part of our use of Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how users interact with the Services. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the Website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to, and stored by, Google on their servers. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the Services, compile reports on website activity for us, and provide other services relating to website activity and Internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. To learn more about how Google Analytics collects and uses personal data, please refer to their privacy policy, which can be accessed here: Google Privacy Policy. To opt out of being recognized by Google Analytics across all websites, visit http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
The Site uses other analytics cookies provided by third parties similar to the Google Analytics cookies and also include links from the site to plug-ins (such as social media services) and from sites or applications operated by Third-Party Services. We do not control any Third-Party Services and are not responsible for any information they may collect.
Your Choices. On most web browsers, you will find a “help” section on the toolbar. Please refer to this section for information on how to receive a notification when you are receiving a new cookie and how to turn cookies off. Please see the links below for guidance on how to modify your web browser’s settings on the most popular browsers:
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Google Chrome
- Apple Safari
Please note that if you limit the ability of websites to set cookies, you may be unable to access certain parts of the Site and you may not be able to benefit from the full functionality of the Site.
If you access the Site on your mobile device, you may not be able to control tracking technologies through the settings.
Do Not Track. We and our third party service providers, including Facebook, may use cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of the Site and use that information to send targeted advertisements. We do not respond to web browser "do not track" or other related mechanisms at this time. If we do respond to “do not track” signals in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe how we do so.
III. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Service Providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including, without limitation, hosting and maintenance and other information technology services. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services, and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring such third parties to maintain the privacy and security of your data. In addition, we may use information you provide about Third-Party Services to provide the Services, which may include accessing the Third-Party Services you select on your behalf, so that we can present the requested information to you. With respect to mobile applications or mobile versions of our Sites, we may collect the unique device identifier assigned to that device by phone makers, carriers, or makers of the operating system (the "Device ID"). Device IDs allow app developers, advertisers, and others to uniquely identify your device for purposes of storing application preferences and other data. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure our service providers adhere to the security standards we apply to your personal information.
We may use your Device ID for security purposes. For example, if you have activated a feature that limits access to a Services from a specific device, our systems will access the Device ID from each device you attempt to access the Services with to determine if the device is the specific authorized device. Additionally, we may use Device IDs to monitor suspicious activity. For example, if we detect that a single account on a Site is being accessed from multiple devices, as determined by tracking the Device IDs that access an account, we may contact the user to ensure that such access has been authorized by the user.

We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to: respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas or other court orders); protect the property and rights of ADDX Go or a third party; investigate, prevent, defend against, or take other action regarding violations of our Terms, illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the legal rights or physical safety of any person or the security of our network, Sites or Services; respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third parties; protect the safety of the public or any person; prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.

For example, your posts will appear in other users’ feeds and your profile information will be accessible to other users and the general public. You acknowledge that by sharing posts or adding information to your profile you make the information shared available to other users and the general public and that ADDX Go cannot control, and shall not be responsible for any use other users make of such information. We may share your content on our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Medium, Vimeo, YouTube, or LinkedIn page. We will not share credit card information processed for a subscription to the Services with other users or third parties other than payment processors.
In connection with third party services, we may share some of your personal information with the third parties when you are attempting to process the transaction you have requested.
We may share your personal information with third party service providers to enable them to assist in fulfilling the requests you make or the transactions you conduct via the Sites, including the operation of certain Site functions and Services. Third parties acting on our behalf that are given access to your personal information are contractually obligated to abide by our privacy practices and are not allowed to use the information for any other purposes.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to share or disclose your personal information with law enforcement, government officials, and other third parties:
- to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process;

This means that we may earn a commission when you click on or make purchases via affiliate links and affiliate partners may use cookies to understand your use of the Services.

In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to promptly update your ADDX Go account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number.
